Root Strength was born in 2022 after over 15 years of experience building success with entrepreneurs like you. On this incredible journey, I have had the opportunity to work with businesses of all sizes, across multiple industries, with a focus on the beauty industry and trend forward ventures. I am a creative and abstract thinker, and the beauty industry GETS IT. Through this experience working with HUNDREDS of salons, I have developed easy to implement strategies and systems that work, and methods for accountability that will help your success continue.
I am a lifelong learner, determined to challenge myself. I am committed to exploring new projects and concepts. All of my endeavors inform the ways in which I can connect and support my clients, even if on the surface, learning to play the French Horn (which I tried in 2023,) doesn’t seem related, it is.
I pay attention to all of the details and extract information that can then lead to a more curated, customized and unique-to-you strategy. This trait allows me to bring a specific, but objective perspective to my customers that can help us see the big picture, together.
I am OBSESSED with serving my customers with authenticity,and I specialize in growth strategy, vision and culture definitions, and salon structure.
